This section is very simple. The first thing is to limit your sugar intake. I
don't mean sugar from natural sources such as fruit. What I have found is that
if you can cut out white bread and regular soda you will be well ahead of
the game. These two things are notorious for making people fat, and they have no
real nutritional value anyway. The best thing I ever did is to to pick up a copy
of "The ABS Diet". It is from the editor of Mens Health magazine. I have used it
for the last two years and have had great success with it. It isn't a diet in
the traditional sense, it is just a really healthy way of eating that is easy to
follow and easy to stick with. Remember, nutrition is key to a successful
exercise program, and always consult a doctor before starting any exercise
program.
